Shipping Information
Shipping only to the USA, and Puerto Rico.
We use USPS to ship your order. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. The shipping time is from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location and shipping method (standard or economy) you choose. You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once the item is shipped. If you don't receive the following information, please contact Hello@jglambeachwear.com
Once an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If you have questions about cancellations, please contact us.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some Items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns.
In the case of delayed processing, costumers will have the options to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
We're not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hand of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
